Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I inquire?
As early as possible is always best. Please inquire at least two weeks before your event date. Rush orders may be available depending on the project and current production schedule, with an additional rush fee.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to officially reserve your event date and begin the design process.
Are revisions included?
Two revision rounds are included with your order. Additional revisions are available for an added fee.
Is local meetup, delivery or shipping available?
Yes. Local meetup, delivery and shipping options are available. Any applicable delivery or shipping fees will be confirmed with your final order details.
Can I request something outside the collection?
Absolutely. Select the Fully Custom Experience on the inquiry form and share what you’re envisioning. If it can be created Made Softlyy, I’d love to bring it to life.
What is your return policy?
Cancellations & Returns: Each piece is handmade and personalized for you, so we do not accept cancellations or returns. Please review our processing times and confirm that all order details are accurate before placing your order.
Damaged Items: We carefully package every order to help it arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and a description of the damage so we can help resolve the issue. Keep the item and its original packaging until the issue is resolved.
How do I care for my linen or satin sign?
Linen & Satin
Removing wrinkles: Gently smooth the fabric with a handheld steamer.
Ironing linen: Place the sign face down and use the lowest heat setting with minimal steam. Never iron directly over the lettering. Do not iron satin signs.
Cleaning: Spot clean as needed. Machine washing and bleach are not recommended.
